Muhammad Ahsan, Director and Co-Founder Director & Co-Founder

Muhammad Ahsan

Muhammad entered this industry the same way most guards do: on a post, in uniform, learning the job one shift at a time. Much of his early experience came in a fast paced retail mall, responding to disputes, disturbances, medical emergencies and assaults with the public watching and little time to deliberate.

He currently works as a Peace Officer, a role carrying formal training in control tactics, crisis intervention, criminal and provincial law, and mental health response. That is the standard he brings back to his own team.

Akashdeep Singh, Director and Co-Founder Director & Co-Founder

Akashdeep Singh

Akashdeep leads strategic growth, operational planning, training standards and client relationships. Before founding Watch Dog Security Services he served as a Police Constable with the Edmonton Police Service, enforcing the Criminal Code of Canada and provincial legislation.

His policing career included advanced training in use of force decision making, defensive tactics and de-escalation, responding to domestic disputes, mental health crises and other high risk incidents.

Most security incidents happen after hours, on weekends and over holidays. Our coverage is built for exactly those windows, and our fire watch team deploys on short notice when a fire protection system goes offline.
